Qur'an, surat al-naml (XXVII), 30. The above quotation often appears as a legend for seals of those with the name Sulayman. The same legend appears on one of the seals of the Safavid King Sulayman I (1077-1105 AH, 1666-95), whether he used this for his arms remains unclear. à

Zafar Takieh translates as 'cushion of victory', carried by Indian Princes when seated on the Masnad 'cushion' throne.
