Two 19th Century Prussian cavalry sabres, each with pierced brass knuckle guard and ribbed grips, the blades housed in steel scabbards CONDITION REPORTS Scabbards very rusted and with some losses. One scabbard is quite a tight fit and the other is quite a loose fit - so may be associated. Scabbards do not appear to bear any numbers. Both sabres bear number 94 to the guard. Grips with wear and losses, blades with knicks, dents, tarnish, wear, each is approx 90cm long.

Overall wear, scuffs, some tarnish, some knocks and nicks to edges. Scabbard metal mounts are very rusted. Total length of bayonet with the blue finish approx 55 cm. Leather and metal scabbard is very worn and metal fitments are rusted. Other items with wear, scuffs and tarnish and some losses to finish.
