With single-edged polished blade, the hilt comprising bronze tusba retaining much of the original gilding, matching fuchi kashira decorated in low relief with gold details, and cord-bound rayskin-covered grip, in a black scabbard. RUSSIA - A SOVIET NAVAL OFFICER'S DAGGER the plated polished blade marked '3nk 48' (year of manufacturer) to ricasso and with accountability number '7899', with brass hilt fittings retaining much of their original gilt finish, the pommel bearing Soviet Armed Forces, in its black leather-covered scabbard, complete with upper, centre and lower gilded fittings, with two suspension rings, the upper fitting etched with a fouled anchor motif to one side and a sailing ship to the other.

INDIA - WAJID ALI SHAH (1822-1887), KING OF OUDH - A RARE INDIAN SILVER ENGRAVED SCABBARD FITTING decorated with Royal crowns bordered with fish patterns, together with an applied paper label inscribed 'A relic of the Indian Mutiny 1857 having come from one of the swords of the King of Oudh, Lucknow'.
