WW2 Third Reich TeNo Enlisted Man's Hewer. Later wartime made example. Blade is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Reverse upper blade is marked with the etched TeNo pattern eagle and "Ges.Gesch", while the obverse blade is etched with the TeNo serial number, "2762". Scabbard throat is stamped with the matching serial number, "2762" and scabbard screws are undamaged. War Souvenir of a member of the RASC.

Leather scabbard with steel fittings and bottom part of scabbard holding on with plastic tape. An interesting early piece.

Sword knot slit near pommel. Steel scabbard with two bands with loose rings. Blade a bit age-discoloured but no rust.

Ferara, Andrea SCOTTISH BASKET HILTED BROADSWOOD OF THE MID 1700'S Circa: 1750 A double-edged straight blade with single fullers at forte struck with orb marks, small basket, hand-guard incorporating pierced panels, stylised fleur de lys and letter 'S' within basket, iron pommel, maker's name, Andrea Ferara on blade. Old wooden hand-grip without wire binding. Steel basket age-blackened. Unusual to find a sword of this age complete with good leather scabbard. Age-darkened steel fittings. Blade with age-darkening in some places.

Hand-stop fitted at top of grip to provide a better hold. With 5L(ancers) stamped on steel scabbard and NSWG (New South Wales Government) on steel hand-guard.

Slit on hand-guard for sword knot. A good example of this Anglo-Boer War period sword.

Victorian Crown over foiled anchor in cartouche on hilt. On turndown on hilt the engraved name of E. F. Ellis R N. With chamois leather storage pocket, age-darkened sword knot, leather scabbard in very poor, worn condition. Good blade except for two serious rust splodges.

BRITISH INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD: 1822 PATTERN WITH 1845 BLADE London: Henry Wilkinson, 1845 Gothic hilt, with Queen Victoria's monogram on blade and in cartouche on hand-guard, gilt polished off the hand-guard to reveal brass underneath, hinged turn down, wire bound fish-skin hand-grip steel scabbard heavily patinated. Only a few small rust marks at top of sword.

Anon A 1796 PATTERN INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD 1796 Bluing on black extant with gold inlays of trophy of arms, foliated decoration and Queen Victoria's crowned cypher. Lacking right hand side fold down and a little of the silver hand-grip wire is missing. A few rust spots to blade. No scabbard.

Johnson VICTORIAN INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD: 1897 PATTERN London and Dublin: Johnson, 1897 Shark-skin, wire-bound hand-grip. Queen Victoria's cypher on hand-guard and blade. Light discolouration to blade obscures etched designs. The suspension rings have been removed from steel scabbard so sword could fit into a leather sword frog for wear with a Sam Browne. Steel scabbard with rust.

Sharkskin hand grip, hand guard with extensive rust with monogram of George V. Very scuffed and rubbed brown leather scabbard. Complete with leather sword, frog and leather sword knot.
