A George III Grenadier Officer's Sword, the 85 cm, curved, single edge blade with single broad fuller, retaining much of original bluing, variously engraved and gilt-highlighted with a flaming grenade, Royal cypher, crest and coat-of-arms, martial trophies and foliage, and marked ''Warranted'' within a ribbon banner, the gilt brass stirrup hilt with tongue langets, lion head and mane pommel and backstrap, twisted wire grip, the leather scabbard with gilt brass mounts, twin ring suspensions. Blade with overall rusting and pitting, some reasonably severe in places. Some wear to gilding on hilt. Scabbard with two tears to leather on one side. Some splits to stitching. Scabbard generally limp. Locket loose. Wear to gilt finish on mounts.
A 19th Century Fijian Kiakavo (Gunstock) War Club, the head with raised medial ridge and chip carved decoration, with slightly curved cylindrical haft and shallow domed butt, 97cm; a Partridge Wood Walking Cane, with baluster pommel and tapering cylindrical haft, 90.5cm; a Small Sword, with Toledo blade, black grip, gilt metal horse head Pommel and leather scabbard (3) . There is a 24cm fine crack running from the head and further fine cracks along the haft. The butt has numerous chips around the edge. The patina is bleached and dry.
A George V 1897 Pattern Infantry Officer's Sword, the 82.5cm etched, single edge, fullered blade bearing maker's mark, ''Pipe & McGill, Maiden Lane, Bedford, W.C.'', the steel hilt pierced and engraved with royal cypher, wire bound fish skin grip, leather-covered scabbard; and another, Victorian example, with piquet weight blade, signed, ''Humphrey & Crook, London'', the black-painted steel scabbard with ring suspension (2). First sword - Blade with very light rusting. Scabbard with some scuffing to leather. Otherwise good. Second sword - Blade with light rusting. Hilt similar. Fishskin grip badly worn and with some sections lacking. Wire binding incomplete. Scabbard with large dent to one side.

A German Third Reich Luftwaffe Dagger, first pattern, the 31cm double edge diamond section steel blade marked with maker's mark for Paul Weyersberge & Co., Solingen and stamped 238, with leather washer, the chromium plated aluminium hilt with wire bound blue leather grip, the winged crossguard and pommel with sunwheel swastika, the steel scabbard covered in dark blue/black leather, with chromium plated mounts and aluminium suspender chain with unmarked clip, 48.5cm . Sunwheel swastikas are not gilded. Possibly later chromium plated. Some wear to leather. Generally in good condition.

An Early 19th Century German Hunting Sword, the 60cm single edge steel blade engraved with hunting trophies, a stag and a wolf, bearing traces of gilding, the brass hilt with shell guard, octagonal crossguard, oval pommel and antler grip, the leather scabbard later painted blue, with brass mounts, inset with a skinning knife with antler grip scales, the blade stamped M.WEIS, 77cm. Nick to edge of blade 16cm from ricasso. Traces of gilt decoration. Scabbard has been later painted blue and has a crease split above the brass shoe. Brass locket has been glued in place.

A British 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Trooper's Sword, with 82.5cm single edge broad fullered steel blade, the steel stirrup hilt with shield shape langets, the ribbed wood grip lacking its wire binding and fishskin, with steel scabbard, 98.5cm. Black pitting to blade, hilt and scabbard, which also has a dent. The wire binding is missing from the grip, as is the fishskin covering.

German Third Reich 1933 model SS dagger by Carl Eickhorn, Solingen.A good parts example, the blade etched “Meine Ehre heist Treue” (My Honour is Loyalty), the other side bearing oval squirrel logo and evidence of something being ground off. Nickel mounted black wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and swastika and enamelled circular SS Sigrunen, the crossguard impressed I (for Munich area). Housed in original black repainted, nickel mounted scabbard with single suspension ring with black leather strap with nickel oval buckle and spring clip. Chip to ill fitting restored grip. Ball to end of chape dented and slightly askew. Generally GC.
German Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officer’s Dagger.A good example. Fine fullered plated blade with no maker on the forte. Spiral wire-bound ivorine grip. Gilt metal Eagle pommel and ornate cross guard complete with locking-catch and release button. Housed in gilt metal scabbard with engraved lightning bolts and with suspension-rings in oakleaf lockets. Gilding worn, otherwise VGC.
German Third Reich Army Officer’s Dagger with straps and knot by E. & F. Hörster, Solingen.A good example with white spiral ivorine grip and plain polished double-edged blade etched with oval maker’s logo. Plated eagle crossguard with swastika. Oakleaf decoration to pommel and ferrule. Housed in stippled plated scabbard with two suspension rings and foliate lockets. Silver braid knot with solid tassel finial. Complete with silver laced, velvet-backed slings with oakleaf ornamented oval buckles and spring-clips. VGCArmy (Heer) Officer’s dagger was designed by Paul Casburg in 1935.

Brown wooden grip inlaid with eagle and swastika, and enamelled SA device. Nickel cross guard stamped “Ns” (SA Group Niedersachsen). Housed in original brown anodised scabbard with nickel mounts and a single suspension ring complete with short leather strap and spring-clip. Some rusting to scabbard, otherwise VGC.
German Third Reich Postschutz (Postal Protection ) Leader’s dagger with chains by Paul Weyersberg & Co. SolingenA fine rare example with plain plated double edged blade bearing maker’s oval sword and wreath logo. Plain oval pommel, black ebonised turned grip with Postal emblem, stylised eagle crossguard with central circular insert to each side bearing black enamel swastika, unusually without number on underside of crossguard. Housed in its black enamel painted scabbard with nickel mounts retaining chain hanger with spring clip bearing ‘Ges. Gesch’ and OLC diamond logo (Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid). VGCPostal Protection Service (Postshutz) formed March 1933 however dagger not authorised until February 1939. March 1942 incorporated with Allgemeine SS and re-designated the SS Postschutz.

Brown wooden grip inlaid with eagle and swastika, and enamelled SA device. Nickel cross guard stamped “Wm” (Group Westmark). Housed in original black painted scabbard with nickel mounts and a single suspension ring complete with short leather strap and spring-clip bearing OLC diamond and circular RZM logo M5/71. Generally VGC.National Socialist Motor Corps until 1936 part of the SA.
