Luftwaffe 1st Pattern Dress Dagger, being an aluminium fittings example, complete with its original blue leather covered scabbard fitted with hanging chains. Gilt finish to the swastikas in the pommel and cross guard remains intact. Fine double edged blade with Tiger Solingen makers trade mark to the base. Some light scuffing to the leather on the scabbard and grip but otherwise a very good example.
Third Reich Etched Blade Parade Bayonet, short type parade bayonet complete with its original black painted scabbard. Blade with Alcoso Solingen makers trade mark to the base of the blade. Etched panel with “Fur Erinnerung an meine Dienstseit heim Inf Regt 47 Luneburg” with eagle and swastika and steel helmet either side of inscription. Remains in good condition.
Kriegsmarine Officers Dress Dagger with Hanging Straps, good example of a German naval officers dagger with its original white celluloid grip, retaining the original grip wire. Eagle and swastika pommel top. Complete with its original deluxe pattern hammered scabbard with two hanging rings. Blade with standard etching and WKC trade mark to the base. Some surface pitting to the blade. Dagger is complete with its correct large and small type blue velvet backed hanging straps with gilt metal double lion head buckles and gilt metal clips. Some wear to the straps but overall a good example.
German Army Officers Dress Dagger with Hanging Straps, good example with deep orange handle, original scabbard with hanging rings. Good patina to the exterior fittings of the dagger. Blade has Carl Eickhorn trade mark to the base of the blade. Velvet backed cloth hanging straps with DRGM marked top fitting. Some dents to the lower section of the scabbard but otherwise a good example.

Other ranks wool breeches, wool putties, brown leather combat boots with replaced laces, original model 17 steel combat helmet with original rough textured paint finish and oil skin liner. Webbing belt with ammunition pouches, back pack, 1918 dated pick axe and shaft, P.17 American bayonet with original scabbard, American issue gas mask and filter with original canvas bag and cut down French Gras bayonet as used by troops as a fighting knife. All remain in generally good condition with many items of equipment being dated. (Quantity of items, viewing recommended )
German Army Officers Dress Dagger With Hangers, white celluloid grip with blackened top pommel, cross guard and spacer ring. Housed in its original scabbard with two metal hanging rings. Plain blade with small Robert Klaas makers trade mark to the base of the blade. Attached to the scabbard are an original pair of velvet backed hanging straps. The top strap fitting is stamped DRGM as are the bottom clips. The handle has been twisted and the top pommel corroded so does not turn.

Housed in the original scabbard with two hanging rings. Un-marked plain blade with some surface staining. Couple of small stress cracks to the grip but good untouched example.
Third Reich SA Mans Dress Dagger, complete with its original handle having enamel SA device and eagle inserted. Complete with its original scabbard having single hanging ring with single brown leather hanging strap. Dagger is complete with a mint condition blade having etched motto “Alles fur Deutschland”, reverse of the blade has makers trade mark of H&F Lauterjung W Solingen. NS gau mark to the reverse of the lower cross guard.

Blade remains in very good condition with Carl Eickhorn makers trade mark to the base. Accompanying the dagger is an original dress knot which shows some wear and fraying to the bullion wire. Ideal for parts or find a cross guard to make up a good example of an Army officers dress dagger.
BRITISH NAVAL OFFICER'S SHORT SWORD together with Naval officer's cap, hat band, bosun's whistle and a civil yachting cap. The sword with sharkskin wirebound grip and lion's head pommel, acorn cross piece and etched blade with Royal Coat of Arms, brass mounted leather scabbard. 62cm long. (5)Provenance: belonged to Commander Rupert Warden James, Royal Navy, 1902-1965, served on HMS Strongbow and HMS Dwarf during the First World War followed by Greenwich Naval College, HMS Barham (Lieutenant Commander) and HMS Vernon (Commander, 1934) followed by the Admiralty, became Commander in 1939 of the Controlled Mining Establishment at Purbrook which was part of HMS Vernon. Retired 1960. Mentioned in despatches during 1918, details available. CONDITION REPORT: The knife blade has areas of tarnishing but appearing to have no other damage, scabbard is scuffed and marked in places but complete with suspension loops. Some minor dents to metal mounts. Caps and other items are grubby but appearing original, if well used.

A casting was commissioned by the French State and exhibited at the 1873 World Exhibition.
