WW2 Third Reich Dress Bayonet with single edged fullered blade 244mm in length, maker marked " E Pack & Sohne, Solingen". Thin leather washer to blade. Black composition grips with the distinctive off set rivets typical of this maker. Working release catch. Overall length 365mm. Complete with gloss black painted scabbard.
Arabian Jambiya Dagger with curved double edged blade 212mm in length which is maker marked "MML London". Interesting decoration to both ferule, pommel and scabbard, with different patterns and finish. One side is decorated in brass with one pattern, while the other is done in white metal and has a different pattern. Wooden grip. Overall length 350mm. Scabbard has twin suspension rings and is complete with maroon suspension cord.

A 19th century Japanese katana. With fabric and shagreen handle, with an oval tsuba and original scabbard, L101cm Condition Report: Tarnishing to the metal and wear and small nicks to the blade. Blade is unmarked, has some scratches and scuffs. Scratches and wear across the item consistent with age and usage. Scabbard has some rubbing and would benefit from a clean. The brass mounts at the tip of the scabbard are slightly dented and a little loose elsewhere. Fabric on handle has frayed in places. Handle firmly attached and scabbard fits smoothly. The prress stud still functions. The blade is 62.5cm long, The scabbard is 71cm long. Tang is uninspected.

dating: about 1870 provenance: Sheffield, Solid, wide, single-edged blade with hollow tip, part of the back of a triangle shape, reduced tang and with remains of the signature 'A ..... DER' (Alexander) and 'SHEFFIELD'. Iron hilt with crown-shaped pommel and cow-horn grips, the front side with silver shield. Leather scabbard (slightly narrowed) with metal chape, probably replaced. length 40.3 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Italy, Straight, tipped, single-and short false-edged blade, with double fuller at the tip. The papal Tiara with decussate keys and the inscription 'Pius IX' at the forte on the right side, the ornament surmounted by a trophy of arms, the opposite side with similar decorations but without the Papal emblem. Brass hilt. Metallic, wire binding-like handle. Iron scabbard. Two lugs with golden bands. length 98,3 cm.
dating: 1831/33 provenance: Klingenthal, Breast-plate and back-plate made of iron, with brass rivets, the breast-plate marked 'Manf.re R.le de Klingenthal 1833' and '2 T.... No. 3071',hooks for the scabbard at the inside. Back-plate marked 'Manuf.re R.le de Klingenthal 2 T 1 L.r No. 2550' with leather and brass chain pauldrons, hooks for the lining at the inside. height 41.8 cm.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Austria, Curved, single-and short false-edged blade with large fuller and rectangular tang marked 'FERD.FRUWIRTH', 'B', 'GF' and with three other marks. One-quillon, iron hilt with long cap and wooden grip covered with leather. Leather scabbard with iron mounts, heart-shaped hook. and wooden handle covered with leather. Leather sheath with iron mounts, the hook in the shape of a heart. The saber is known as 1836/51 model. length 78.4 cm.
dating: 1850/60 provenance: Papal States, Straight, single-and false-edged blade with wide fuller doubling towards the weak, tang, base engraved with a tiara above crossed keys and 'VIVA PIO IX' on the other side. Typical, brass hilt with silver-inlaid grip. Scabbard made of black-lacquered metal with brass mounts. length 99 cm.
dating: 20th Century provenance: Indopersia, Slightly curved, single-edged blade made of damask, with umbrella-shaped mark. Hilt with damask decoration and floral inlays. The inside of the hollow hilt houses some small accessories made of damask and with small gold inlays, knife with bone grips. Cap with cover and provided with release button. Wooden scabbard with leather covering. length 35 cm.
