Japanese Wakizaski Short Sword, single edge blade, shagreen grip with cord wrap, gilt decorated menuki, simple steel tsuba and brass blade collar, contained within a lacquered wooden scabbard. The blade approx 33 cms. There is a kozuka (handle) to the utility knife tucked into a pocket on the saya which appears to bear a signature (see image).

Italian M.V.S.N. Leader’s Dagger6 3/4 inch, single edged blade with sharpened back edge point. Cast alloy one piece, turn up crossguard, grip sides and eagle head pommel. Black composite slab grips with inset Italian Fascist badge. Added Fascist badge to the rear grip. Contained in its nickel plated scabbard with black and bullion braid belt loop. Minor wear.

Matching pommel with oak leaf decoration and central swastika. White grip with twist wire binding. Housed in its pebbledash and oak leaf scabbard fitted with two alloy oak leaf suspension bands. Complete with its alloy bullion embroidery dagger knot.
WW2 Miniature Luftwaffe Officer’s 2nd Pattern Dagger5 3/4 inch, plain, double edged blade with “SMF Solingen DRGM” maker’s stamp. Aluminium eagle crossguard (swastika absent). Alloy pommel with oak leaf and swastika (this damaged). Yellow grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its pebbledash and oak leaf scabbard fitted with two alloy oak leaf suspension bands.

Contained in its brass scabbard with two suspension mounts engraved with crossed cannon barrels and flaming grenade. Loose hanging rings. Minor dents to scabbard. Possibly made in the 1870’s when there was a resurgence in interest in Napoleonic items

Some pitting to blade and scabbard.
