A mid-19th century French cavalry sabre, 1827 model with a three bar brass hilt and steel scabbard marks for Klingenthal arsenal CONDITION REPORT; The scabbard does not show any dents or damage, there does not appear to be a visable serial number on the scabbard. the pommel is in fairly good condition although it does appear to have been painted at some time and the wires are not present. Approx length of the scabbard is 96cm and the blade is approx 92.5 cm long
