Blade has been sharpened for use and there is slight bending to the tip.

Second World War Nazi Kreigsmarine Dress Dagger etched, polished steel blade by Puma, Solingen, wire bound cream celluloid grip with portpee / dress knot, in scabbard. N.B. This dagger was formerly the property of Norman Theodore 'Taffy' Davies, who served on HMS Hood and HMS Royal Oak. The dagger was gifted to him by German veteran Herbert Herrmann with whom Taffy became good friends with in the 1960's.
