R. A. D., 62.5cm, (24.5in) overall

A LARGE RUSSIAN KINDJAL, dated 1318 (1900), with 16 1/2in. double-edged fullered blade, the hilt with horn gripscales and with nielloed silver mounts decorated on the outside with foliage, the leather-covered scabbard with locket and chape decorated en suite, the reverse with two flower-heads and a dated inscription, single suspension loop.
A GEORGIAN NAVAL DIRK, 12 3/4in. overall, with tapering double-edged blade, gold-plated brass-mounted hilt with small oval guard decorated with a radiating shell pattern, turned ivory grip, and lion-mask pommel, the leather scabbard with gold-plated locket and band with single suspension ring (chape missing, some wear to gilding). A GERMAN HUNTING HANGER by Robert Klaas, Solingen, early 20th century, with 13in. single- edged blade double-edged towards the point and etched on each side with scenes involving deer and a hunter, brass hilt with natural staghorn gripscales set with brass acorns on one side, in original brass-mounted scabbard.
