Polish Army Officer's Dirk 9 1/4 inch double edged blade. The face etched with floral scrolls, Polish eagle and 'Honor i Ojczyzna'. The forte etched 'TM' and marked with maker 'Borowski'. White metal square end crossguard. Ferrule with laurel spray band decoration which is repeated to the square form pommel. Yellow composite grip. A Geo V 1897 pattern infantry officers sword of The R Fusiliers, straight fullered blade 32½, by Wilkinsons “By Appointment to His Late Majesty King George V” at forte, no 68399 (for 1939), on backstrap, etched with crowned R Arms, GVR cypher and wreath on both sides, with officer’s name “Geo A. Creasey Royal Fusiliers” on one side near forte and regimental badge on the other, regulation pierced steel hilt incorporating crowned GVR cypher, plain pommel, chequered backstrap, wirebound fishskin grip, with leather knot in its leather FS scabbard with frog strap.
