The ribbed wooden grip is worn in places, there is some cracking and wear to the edge of the tortoise shell scabbard. There are some slight dents along the edge of the blade.

Gilt metal hilt with lions head, pommel and wire bound fish skin grip and dress knot with a gilt metal mounted leather scabbard. Blade 80cm long. CONDITION REPORT: Retailed by Gienes, Mathew and Seagrave Ltd. The sword is in excellent condition, some light tarnish and some very minor pitting to the blade. Tarnish to hilt. Scabbard very good, some light corrosion to the gilt metal mount at the point of the scabbard (blue colour).
