A rare WWII Second World War Third Reich Nazi German RLB ( Reichsluftshutzbund ) German Air Protection Service officers uniform dagger. The dagger having a flat pommel and ebonised wooden grip with the regimental badge. The cross guard being the wings of a German eagle atop a Swastika. The double edged blade stamped to the ricasso for SMF Solingen housed in a black steel scabbard. The attached leather frog with RZM mark to the clip. Measures approx 37cm.
Two early 20th Century Indian cavalry swords, x1 having leather and wire grip with pierced white metal basket guard and black leatherette scabbard and the other having nut to the pommel with tiger head and a brass half basket guard. Both having long curved blades etched with scrolling leaves. Measuring approx 98cm
Lance Corporal William Albert Warren of the 2/4th Battalion, Devonshire Regiment - Warren's original 1907 pattern Wilkinson made rifle bayonet. Regimentally marked to the pommel ' T 4DVN 420 ' (for Territorial 1/4th Battalion Devonshire Regiment). The bayonet of typical form with hooked pommel, carved walnut grips, hooped quillon, the ricasso marked Wilkinson, and dated 1907 with GR cipher. Other official stampings to other side. Housed in its original leather and steel scabbard. Generally in excellent original used condition. Supplied with a period picture postcard photograph of Warren in uniform, taken at Lyme Regis. Rare to see a bayonet with such provenance. William Albert Warren was born in Minehead, and Baptised on 7th November 1896. Son of William Frederick and Annie Warren. In 1911 he was residing with his parents at The Assembly Rooms, Lyme Regis, Dorset. During WW1 he served with the 2/4th Devonshire Regiment and later with the 4th Wiltshire Regiment. He married Ethel M. Mitchell in 1923 at Lyme Regis.
Two Nazi daggers and a suitcase: WWll German Army officer's dagger in scabbard. 40cm long in scabbard; Luftwaffe 1st Model dagger in scabbard, the grip with wire binding, 48cm long in scabbard, the suitcase inscribed 'S/Ldr. C. R. Hattersley R.A.F.'The vendor's father was shot down in a Wellington bomber over France, He spent the rest of the war in Stalag Luft lll. After his release he travelled homewards across Poland, and at some stage acquired these two daggers.The suitcase much travelled after the war, as he continued in the RAF, serving in India and Germany. AN ARABIC DESIGN SHORT SWORD, wooden grip with gold coloured metal cross guard, blade has Arabic scrolled design it's entire length approximately 76cm ( B & C) are two swords with leather scabbards of very similar design, one has brass or copper hand grip which is also present on the body of the scabbard, leather oblong crossguard and blade is marked with two half moon type designs to each side, the other has a leather hand grip and the blade features Arabic writing, a reclining lion? And a Star of David?, blade length approximately 80cm, both are believed to be display pieces due to the grade and stiffness of the blades, from a private collection of over 50 years

J. Inglis Ltd, a pair of British War & Victory medals named 2nd Lieut L.B.O. Heilburn and a WWI R.F.C. Cap badge, which has been mounted with a plinth and made into an attractive lapel brooch design, with a small banner at the bottom 'Canada', the construction looks to have been completed by a specialist, and even has a small pin safety chain attached, the circular mount is believed to be gold

Working release catch. Unit markings to pommel "4.05 1.Y PL 180". Overall length 425mm. Complete with scabbard but frog stud is damaged and bottom chape is missing.
