A fine Chinese trousse 18th/19th century, the eating set comprising a slender steel blade with polished jade handle, a pair of chopsticks with tortoise shell handles capped with silver ferrules, joined to tapering lengths of ivory and tipped with silver, single ivory toothpick, all held within a trefoil formed bamboo scabbard with silver floral filigree decoration, foliate gilt base and collar with suspension loop, 12½in. (32cm.) long.

A Spanish left hand dagger in the 17th Century style, 16.5cm flattened diamond section blade marked TOLEDO at the forte and etched with scrolling foliage along most of its length with a gilt ground, etched steel hilt decorated with scrolling folliage, plain boxwood grip contained in its etched steel mounted leather scabbard.
A Third Reich Army Officer`s dagger, 25.5cm flattened diamond section blade by Eickhorn, Solingen, regulation plated hilt with spirally fluted orange celluloid grip contained in its stippled steel scabbard, complete with worn knot, hanger mounts lacking from scabbard together with a Third Reich K98 bayonet with later SS etched inscription. A very rare and historically important Third Reich Customs Officials dagger for Gdansk, 25cm flattened diamond section blade by Eickhorn, regulation alloy hilt, wire bound leather grip, contained in its steel mounted leather wrapped scabbard complete with green velvet and bullion straps. This piece is particularly rare in that it is officially modified to reflect the "neutral", combined Polish and German run corridor around Gdansk. The crossguard is devoid of the characteristic eagle and swastika and is applied with a bronze shield shaped escutcheon bearing the arms of Gdansk. The German Customs Officials were believed to have facilitated the movement of elements of the SS into the Free City of Danzig who then took part in the siege of the post office at the outbreak of war.
