Overall 99cms, blade 82cms. Good Condition.
Good 1796 pattern Infantry Officers Sword, blade etched blued and gilt with crowned GR cipher, 1801-16 Royal arms, trophies of arms, union flowers and foliate ornament, regulation gilt brass hilt retaining virtually all its bright fire gilding, folding side guard pierced with small hole, silver grip embossed in imitation of wire, in its leather scabbard with brass mounts including 2 hanging rings. Overall length 98cms, blade 82cms. Good condition, blade retains much blued and gilt decoration.
1796 Pattern Heavy Cavalry Troopers Sword, broad straight single edge blade with hatchet point, and struck with a government inspector’s mark, regulation steel hilt deeply engraved Q-DG 7 (Queens Dragoon Guards), leather covered grip, in its steel scabbard with twin hanging rings faintly engraved Q-DG7 and with traces of makers name (Wooley & Deakin London ?). Overall 100cms, blade 88cms. Quite good condition, well-worn and cleaned but not restored or spoiled.
Victorian 1827 Pattern 12th Kent (Dartford) Volunteer Rifles Officers Sword, with crowned strung bugle within the guard, original wire attached to the grip. Housed in its original steel scabbard with two hanging rings. Slightly curved blade with etched foliage and strung bugle with 12th Kent Volunteer Rifles around. Crowned VR cipher to the other side of the blade and foliage. F Pelton, Dartford retailers mark to the base of the blade. Some light surface staining to the blade but generally remains in good condition.
First World War Royal Artillery Officers Sword by Henry Wilkinson No.48468, straight single edge blade sharpened for field service, cut with a single fuller, etched and polished with owner’s name C.CHALLEN, ROYAL ARTILLERY, royal arms and regimental devices, regulation triple bar guard, silver wire bound fish skin grip, in its leather covered field service scabbard. Blade 89cms. Good untouched condition, blade retaining nearly all of its original polish with a few small rust spots and small patch of pitting behind pommel. C. Challen, R.A. promoted Lieutenant 1st July 1917 (and still listed as Lieutenant in November 1918).

Overall 112cms, blade 96.5cms. Good condition.

Labruna in Napoli’ in relief, suspension ring missing, hanging band with suspension ring, and chape. Blade length 76.5cms. Good Condition, blade retains most original mirror polish overall with small areas of light pitting mostly to pipe back, hilt and scabbard mounts retain nearly all their original fire gilding.

Housed in its original leather scabbard with steel mounts. Brown leather frog attached to the scabbard. Single edged blade with fuller to the back edge. British army acceptance stamps to the forte and other side of the blade stamped “1913 9 16” and with Remington makers mark. Remains in generally good condition.
Imperial German Prussian Brass Hilted Sidearm, fine one piece ribbed handle with riveted ball top. Straight cross guard stamped “28 A E 172” to the centre. Housed in the original leather scabbard with brass mounts, top mount with same stamping as cross guard. Broad single edged blade measuring 47 ½ cms in length. Some small scratches and dings to the grip and stitching faults to the leather scabbard.
Imperial German 1871 Pattern Mauser Rifle Bayonet, brass grip and steel cross guard with muzzle ring. Single edged blade with central fuller, blade length 46 ½ cms. Makers mark to the base of the blade but this is not clear, spine stamped with crowned W 75 and acceptance stamp. Housed in its original leather scabbard with brass mounts. Top scabbard mount with regimental stampings, lower mount damaged and piece missing.
Rare Bavarian Werder Sword Bayonet Converted For Use With The Mauser 1871 Rifle, brass ribbed hilt, steel cross guard with downward quillon and muzzle ring, stamped “76 214”. Yataghan blade with central fuller. Some surface staining to the blade. Housed in the original leather and brass mounted scabbard. Lower chape stamped “51987 7 JB e” and the other side “B16Rg 38”. Scabbard has painted in white a old museum collection number “G.29”. Good overall condition.

Original officers bullion dress knot (portepee) attached to the grip. Good untouched example.

Original miniature bullion knot (portepee) attached to the grip. Housed in the original scabbard, missing scabbard rings. Polished blade with DRGM and SMF Solingen makers trade mark to the base. Other side of the blade has etched company logo to the centre. Some wear but generally a good example of a miniature salesman sample dagger.

Blade 65cms. Good condition, dress knot frayed.
Indian Sword Tulwar, 19th century or earlier, slender shamshir style blade chiselled with a panel of intricate flowers and foliage on both sides of the forte, and with distinct yelman, iron hilt of conventional form with traces of gold koftgari decoration, in its leather covered scabbard. Blade 72cms. Good condition, some age wear overall, both ends of the scabbard slightly damaged.

Unusual Indian Sword Tulwar from Mysore, broad curved pattern welded blade engraved with the Armoury inscription of Krishnaraja Wodeyar III (reg.1799-1868), brass hilt with elephant head pommel and with lion attacking the elephant’s trunk forming the knuckle bow, chiselled in relief with floral and foliate ornaments, in later fabric covered scabbard. Blade 70.5cms. Good condition.

A good example with plated single edged plain fullered 82.5 cm slightly curved blade bearing cutler's details and squirrel logo to the forte. The gilded hilt with single bar guard with embossed oakleaf decoration and to the langet a German Army eagle and swastika with folded wings. The black grip with twist wire binding is surmounted by a oak leaf ornamented combined backstrap and pommel. Housed in original black painted steel scabbard with one loose ring. Complete with well worn knot. Service wear. GC

A good example with nickel mounts, the blade etched 'Alles fŸr Deutschland' and bearing maker's dancer logo. Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and swastika and enamelled circular SA device; crossguard stamped with 'No' (SA Group Nordsee). Housed in original brown anodised scabbard with nickel mounts, the top mount with single suspension ring retaining brown leather hanging strap with spring clip. Minor service wear, blade with polishing marks where Ršhm inscription was removed. GC Following Hitler's purge of the SA during 'The Night of the Long Knives', Ršhm was shot at Stadelheim Prison by SS-ObersturmbannfŸhrer Michael Lippert on 2nd July, 1934, An order dated July 4th required all Rohm inscriptions to be obliterated from the blades, failure to do so risked severe punishment.

Two piece white celluloid grip, the cross guard bearing a TeNo device, the eagle head shaped pommel ornamented with a cogwheel 'eye'; housed in its nickel mounted, black painted regulation scabbard, the throat of which bears issue number 2070. German Third Reich RAD hewer and hanger by Carl Julius Krebs of Solingen. A good nickel example of the 1934 model, the blade bearing etched motto 'Arbeit adelt', the reverse with RJAD in triangle, 'Ges. Gesch' and maker's oval logo; eagle and cogwheel swastika ornamented crossguard; two piece simulated stag horn grip with stylised eagle pommel. Housed in its black painted regulation scabbard, the nickel chape with spade and swastika device, the top mount with ornate design and bearing hanger bar. Complete with brown leather hanger and spring clip stamped with triangular logo. Minor service wear. GC Hanger leather with tear. Reichs Arbeits Dienst was the State Labour Service.

A fine quality 'surrender' example with orange ivorine grip and twist wire binding, the blade etched on one side with floral decoration and Luftwaffe eagle and swastika, the other with similar decoration and panel with Officer's name (now removed). The aluminium crossguard and langet bearing an eagle and swastika; the pommel ornamented with swastika and oakleaves, the swastika highlighted in gold. Housed in its metal scabbard fitted with two suspension rings. Complete with aluminium wire portepee (knot) and hanging straps. VGC Introduced in July 1937. Names on daggers were sometimes removed by Officers before surrendering to the Allies to avoid bringing shame on their family.

Housed in its plated metal scabbard fitted with two suspension rings. Complete aluminium wire portepee (knot). VGC Introduced in July 1937.
German Third Reich Government Official's dagger by Alcoso, Solingen circa 1939-42. A fine rare example with simulated mother of pearl grip and silver plated mounts. Eagle's head ornamented pommel, crossguard and langet bearing an eagle and swastika facing same way as pommel, the blade etched with maker's scales logo. Housed in its finely pebbled plated scabbard, the oakleaf bands retaining both loose suspension rings. Toned externally, blade bright. VGC Introduced in March 1939; production ceased in mid 1942.

A good example, the anchor etched blade with double fuller and to the forte the stamped cutler's post 1941 backward looking squirrel logo. Gilt metal mounts, twist wire bound simulated ivory grip. Housed in gilt metal scabbard with engraved lighting bolts, oak leaf supports for the two loose suspension rings. Toned with minor service wear and dents to scabbard. GC

Circular cog wheel ornamented corroded pommel, crossguard and langet bearing an eagle and cogwheel swastika, the blade etched maker's 1935-41 squirrel logo, TENO eagle and swastika and issue number 1448. Housed in its plated pebbled scabbard, the throat with matching number, with both lined bands retaining loose suspension rings. Small dent to scabbard. GC TENO (Technische Nothilfe) was the Technical Emergency Corps. Dagger introduced in November 1938.

Minor service wear, chape dented and split.
