**A CHISELLED IRON SCABBARD FOR A SMALL DAGGER OR BODKIN IN NORTH GERMAN LATE 16TH CENTURY STYLE, LATE 19TH CENTURY formed in one piece, of tapering circular section, decorated with scrollwork and flowers, the borders scalloped, spirally fluted basal moulding, and a pair of scrolling loops for suspension 20 cm; 7 7/8 in Provenance Ernst Schmidt, Munich, 5 June 1930, no. 20. A mid 20th Century Pattern No. 3 commando dagger in the manner of Fairburn & Sykes, together with brass mounted leather scabbard CONDITION REPORTS The knife is suffering from general wear and tear. The blade has small scratches and dark coloured marks. The blade edge in places has some very small chips or 'nibbles' in it. The handle and the hilt are both in need of a clean, and the hilt its rusty in places and is suffering from general wear and tear. The handle is generally slightly worn. The brass pommel on the end has two rectangular stamps to it, but they are worn and am unable to see what was there. The scabbard has wear and tear from general use and age. The leather is cracked or splitting in places with much wear to it. The straps are all broken. I am unable to see and numbers to the top of the handle.

Golf clubs and golf bag in used and worn condition.

A WWI period Turkish infantry officers sword, slender, slightly curved, fullered plated blade, 32, etched with makers name Wilhelm Paluka Constantinopel at forte, star and crescent, with scrolls in panels on one side, and scrolls only on the other, brass hilt with traces of plating, with knucklebow, sideloop, 4 sidebars, pommel and backstrap, embossed with scrolls overall, fishskin grip (wire missing), in its scabbard with 2 rings. Basically GC (few pitting paches to blade, hilt and scabbard plating worn).

Near VGC retaining most original blade plating and much hilt gilt.Plate 8
