An early twentieth century Japanese Samurai sword, with shagreen grip, watered steel blade, in lacquered scabbard. Tang signed. CONDITION REPORT: Good condition. Blade length 68 cm, scabbard length 73.5 cm. Lacquered scabbard with scuffs and one surface crack running downwards in the lower quarter but generally good.
A 19th century cavalry sword with wooden and wirework handle (lacking scabbard), another similar with leather covered scabbard and two 20th century dress swords (4). CONDITION REPORT: The two with shiny scabbards appear to be reproductions. The leather scabbard is scuffed, no significant damage noted.
Early 19th century dagger with carved bone scroll handle bearing the inscription `E Seguin to Lewis Nuvelli Maron 1st 1832 (Fleurdeli)` and stud `Fownes` terminating with a border of silvered metal, the curved blade with engraved scrolling foliate sprays contained in similarly decorated gilded metal scabbard engraved `Mr Wm Else 106 Beach Street Deal` 35cm long.

Savelkoul Semarang` and `Yzerhouwer` within panels, brass stirrup hilt with lion`s head pommel and wire bound brown composition grip, in its nickel plated steel scabbard, overpainted black (defective), together with a small Scandinavian hunting knife, in its nickel mounted leather sheath.
