Provenance: These items were collected by Mr George Edward Chapman working for the Crown Agents in Nigeria between 1919 - 1922.

Baseball bat : approx. 83.5 cm long, overall with wear, scuffs, scratches and old woodworm holes. Spears : 133.3 cm long and 140 cm long including wood section, metal tips of blades 23.5 cm long and 30.5 cm long, wood sections with wear, scuffs, woodworm holes and some drilled holes, metal fitments with rusting.
