The rhombic twin-edged blade etched with a crowned George IV cypher, to each side. The gilt guard with relief royal cypher. In leather and brass scabbard; together with a French court sword, the triangular blade with remenants of gilding, in associated scabbard. (2) 36in. (91.44cm)

In leather field scabbard and foul weather frog, initialed 'F.J.S.' for Captain Frederick J. Sheedy MBE HM; and accompanied by a steel dress scabbard in chamois frog. Sword length 43in. Regt. No. 20' to the reverse, the blade-back etched 'Weyersberg & Co., Solingen', in steel scabbard with hanging ring. Sword length 38in. (96.52cm)

A Soviet naval dress dagger, a double edged diamond section blade 8¼ inches long, gilt brass mounted hilt with S-curve quillons, canted square section grip, pommel marked with Soviet emblem, sprung retention catch, gilt metal mounted scabbard, locket decorated with a fouled anchor and a square rigged sailing ship, on belt and hangers.

Imple. de St. Etiennes 1868"; together with a similar bayonet engraved "Mre. Armees de Chat O.bre 1868", in scabbard; a T-back sword bayonet engraved "Mre. Sword: An 1854 Pattern Infantry Officers sword. Ricasso marked 'LANDON MORLAND & LANDON. 7 NEW BURLINGTON ST. LONDON.' Blade 32.5", S.E. & fullered. Gothic pierced brass guard with V.R Cypher and scarce original inner leather guard. Nicely etched blade (tip kinked). In its brass mounted leather scabbard (leather a/f at chape. Wirebound fishskin grip (g.c). This is a good example of this Victorian sword.
Japanese sword Katana Nakago signed, blade 29" with Hamon (VGC) Hilt with black Tsuka-ito and same two menuki. In its lacquered scabbard with ornate shibabiki and Ishizuke. A small Kozuka/scabbard knife inserted in scabbard and tool to the other side. A quality sword. Viewing recommended. The whole in excellent condition.
Sword: An 1854 Pattern Infantry Officers sword. Gothic brass hilt with V.R. Cypher. Leather inner guard still present with bullion knot. Blade 33". Slim, single edged & fullered blade, ricasso marked 'SEWELL DURHAM' & etched with V.R. Crown & Cypher. In its steel scabbard (light surface rust). good wirebound fishskin grip. Overall a 'sleeper' with a good blade.
Sword: A quality General & Staff Officers sword. In the pattern of the 1796 Heavy Cavalry dress sword. Silver hallmarked (Birmingham 1826) knucklebow with 'pas-de-ane' rings below. Pipe back blade 31" with typical late 18th century deep blued decoration and quill point tip. Silver wire bound grip. In its silver hallmarked mounted leather scabbard (chape leather detached). A good piece for restoration. Old repair to handle noted.
Sword: A French Infantry Gladius pattern Briquette Pattern 1831 sword called by the soldiers old 'Coupe Choux' (Cabbage Choppers!) Neo-classical sword. Blade 19". Ricasso marked with oval Crown over reversed 'N' inspection mark and makers name 'TALABOT PARIS'. In its brass mounted leather scabbard with rack number '929'. Clean blade, excellent scabbard, good ribbed brass grips. Used by the Infantry, Foreign Legion from Louis Philippe to the Second Empire. It is rare to find these swords with a scabbard.
Sword - A scarce 1796 pattern heavy cavalry troopers sword hatchet point blade 35". (The hatchet point blades normally indicate a pre-waterloo sword). Blade signed by maker 'Osborn'. Good blade (a few nicks) good iron guard and backstrap with the normal ears. Leather bound wooden grip (some losses to both) Apart from the grips this is a decent, untouched example of this iconic sword. No scabbard. A collectors lot in VGC for age
