A .22'' B.S.A. MK V METEOR serial number TH 27864 which dates its manufacture between 1979-1993, it has had its front and rear sights removed and is accompanied by a Webley 4 x 15 scope and mounts, it is in working order, there is some loss of its japanned finish particularly below where scope mounts clamp to the action, it has a beech stock with raised cheek piece, it is accompanied by an Indian sword complete with red cloth covered scabbard. (THE PURCHASER MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OVER)
A scarce Argentinean Field Officers dress sword, circa 1860, the brass hilt with aged patina, coat of arms of Argentina and seal of the army, 79 cms blade etched with trophies of arms, slight rust to top and tip slightly bent. The steel scabbard painted black with brass mounts, lacking part of the top and rust marks. This sword is almost identical to the USA model 1860 and was probably made there, no makers marks visible.
A BRITISH 1827 PATTERN NAVAL OFFICER'S SWORD retailed by Matthews & Co., the 79.5cm straight blade marked at the ricasso 'Matthews / & Co. / Portsea', the back edge unnumbered, the brass hilt with a fouled anchor device to the knuckle-guard, a folding langet, a wire-bound fish-skin grip, and a lion's head pommel, in a black leather scabbard with brass mounts, overall 95cm long.
A BRITISH 1897 PATTERN INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD the 84.5cm engraved straight blade marked 'London Made' to ricasso, the back edge unnumbered, the steel hilt with 'GR V' cypher to the pierced knuckle-guard, and with a wire-bound leather grip, in a brown leather covered field service scabbard, overall 106cm long.
