A Kukri dagger and leather scabbard from the Gurka regiments, together with two photosProvenance: These items were owned by the vendor's great uncle Alec Mc Ostrich, a War Service Captain, Temporary Major and later Commandant of the 18th Royal Garhwal Rifles, following his death in the 1960's. The Garhwal Regiments had a long and often close association with many Gurkha units and also carried the Kukri and other similar insignia.

An Omani Khanjar ceremonial daggermid-20th centurywith a pique-style decorated white hilt, white metal scabbard and belt, housed in a red boxCondition report: Overall generally good condition. There are a few minor scuffs/scratches to the hilt, some minor tarnishing to the blade and a tiny bit of wear to the tip of the blade. There are also a couple of sections on the edge of the belt where the threads have come slightly loose.Please refer to images.

CONDITION REPORT Quite heavy surface wear and pitting to the scabbard body, copy of thin split sot th upper section of the handle, also logo impressed button is damaged, some pitting to the blade especially at the lower end with a couple of tiny knocks to the blade edges
A WWII Italian Fascist (GIL) Youth Movement dress dagger, the black wooden wire bound handle with gilt eagle head pommel and double-edged plain blade, blade length approx 16cm, in black leather scabbard. CONDITION REPORT There is some oxidisation around the eyes and there is some pitting to the blade. Apart from that, a good example for its age.
