Some further marks, rubbing, pitting and blemishes. Will need attention, further build-up of dust and dirt. The upper section of the guard slightly loose, some further knocks, nibbles, pitting and tarnish. Scabbard af as stated, now in three parts and effectively af.

An Indian steel dagger, 18th/19th centuryThe 6" single edge tapering blade decorated with koftgari gilt spandrel at the base, the hilt possibly a replacement in mottled green jadeite, with associated white metal mounted scabbard, 27cm long.Condition report: Jadeite hilt probably a replacement. Blade has some patches of surface rust and pitting. Scabbard may also be associated but fits well to blade. Showing general wear and signs of age throughout.
