A 1968 Ford Mustang coupé 289 V8, registration number NSC 161F, chassis number 8R01C150713, engine number 8R01C150713, yellow. NSC 161F is a very original, low mileage, matching numbers, notchback V8 coupé, which was imported from California USA in 2018. It was originally supplied by Maywood-Bell Ford, 6201 Atlantic Building, Bell, CA, to Joyce Scranton, one of two sisters who retained the Mustang within the family until the car was exported. The Mustang was used until 2001 clocking up a low annual mileage where upon it went into storage. The Marti report that is contained in the history file informs us that the Mustang was originally fitted with some factory upgrades including power front disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning (not currently working) tinted glass, remote control left hand mirror, tilt away steering wheel, AM radio (still working) and an electric clock. The coupé was built at San Jose, finished in yellow with a black vinyl interior and automatic transmission, the colour combination it still sports today. The odometer reading of just over 54,000 miles is confirmed with a sworn statement from the previous owner confirming the mileage at 53,812 miles on 18th July 2017 and numerous receipts with recorded mileages. This very original and genuine Mustang will be offered for auction with an accompanying history file containing the Marti report, the original and rare owners manual, receipts, the previous owner statement and previous MOT and new seat covers. Black metal body, working metal crank, black Bakelite receiver.An antique desk set manufactured ca. 1948 by Oki Electric Co., Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. Heavy black metal body with original working metal crank, original antique black Bakelite receiver, and black cord in very good condition. Sometimes recorded historically as a Fuhrer Phone, possibly because of its use by military and civilian officials during the Second World War era. Oki Electric manufactured the first telephone in Japan in 1881, just five years after Bell invented the phone, and presented at the 1885 International Inventions Exhibition in London. The company was widely responsible for the early spread of phones in Japan. Metal manufacturer plate stamped OKI ELECTRIC CO LTD, TOKYO JAPAN, partially obscured by age related wear. A 19th century eight day slate mantel clock, with Roman numeral chapter ring (cracked) and visible escapement, with movement striking on a bell, with domed top, on plinth base, the pendulum stamped 'Billev Brevete S.G.D.G', 49cm H CONDITION REPORT: There are some nibbles and chips to the slate around the base section. A few nibbles to the slate by the back door. There is a partially repaired chip to the chapter ring at 3 o'clock and several small hair line cracks between 2 and 3. Movement clean and bright. A Regency brass mounted mahogany fusee bracket clock by William Hanson believed to have originally belonged to the Duke of Gloucester, enamel Roman numeral dial signed Will', Hanson Windsor', with twin fusee movement striking on a bell, engraved brass back plate also signed, the case the dome top and brass grills, on bracket feet, 38cm H (size with loop down), 30cm W x 18.5cm DPROVENANCE: Purchased from Noman Adams Ltd 7th April 1997 for £6120.00. the receipt states: 'The clock was originally owned by The Duke of Gloucester and left to his nephew the Duke of Cambridge and hen by decent through the Fitzgeorges'. CONDITION REPORT: It appears that the clock was cleaned throughout and with some repairs to make it retail condition. The glass to the back door door is not original. The are two initial stamps of WW to the bottom of the door aperture at the back. movement clean and bright. The nut for the bell may not be original. The internal panels which sit behind the brass grills are not original. Chip to the top left corner of the back door. Case with a couple of old cracks and general age wear. Enamel dial with some scratches, there is a slight blister to the enamel to the right of the name and a blemish to the enamel near the centre. Minor wear around the winding apertures. Colour good and coverall appearance ok. this is a mechanical item and therefore, we can not guarantee that it is in full working order.
