A late 18th/early 19th century long case clock, the 30 hour chain driven movement striking on a bell and having a white enamelled dial with date aperture, floral polychrome spandrels, painted roman numerals and marked "Jas. Woodham, Hungerford" the plain rectangular hood with flanking side columns.
A late 18th/early 19th century oak and rosewood cross banded long case clock, the 8 day movement with bell strike and having a white enamelled dial with painted polycrhome spandrels, date aperture and separate seconds hand and the double swan neck pedimented hood with ring turned tapering side columns.

R100 AIRSHIP: A printed small 8vo menu card for the R101 Annual Airship dinner at the Swan Hotel, Bedford, 1st December 1945, individually signed by over thirty pioneer airship crew members, many of whom flew on the R100, including Ralph Booth (1895-1969, Captain and Navigator on the R100’s double Atlantic crossing in July 1930), W. Y. Angus (Chief Engineer R100), E. T. Stupple (Charge Hand Engineer R100), J. Jowett (Engineer R100), H. Cumley (Engineer R100), T. Hobbs (Rigger R100), G. E. Long (Rigger R100), R. L. Deverell (Rigger R100), A. F. Wiseman (Rigger R100), A. Eldridge, L. W. Hunt (Engineer R100), all of whom were members of the R100’s crew during the Bedford-Montreal-Bedford flight in July 1930, also E. E. Turner (Engineer on the R34’s double Atlantic crossing, 1919), H. Watson (Rigger R34), H. Bateman (one of only three survivors of the R38 crash in 1921), A. V. Bell (Engineer R101, one of only six survivors of the R101 crash in 1930) etc. The majority of the signatures are in bold pencil. The menu has been professionally laminated. MANCHESTER UNITED F.C.: A printed 8vo menu for a Sportsmans Dinner held for the Gordon Clayton Testimonial Fund at Sachas Hotel, Manchester, 23rd February 1992, signed to the verso by twelve footballers individually, most associated with Manchester United, including George Best, Denis Law, Bobby Charlton, Nobby Stiles, Johnny Giles, Pat Crerand, Tommy Docherty, Bryan Robson, Francis Lee, Colin Bell, Mike Summerbee and one other. Most have signed in bold blue fountain pen ink with their names alone. Accompanied by an unsigned 10 x 8 colour photograph of the celebrity guests. A few light surface creases, otherwise VG
