A pair of continental mahogany open armchairs in French style, each with an oval back, carved with wheat ears, and bell flowers within beaded moulded borders, with a padded back, arm rest and seat, with scrolled arm shaped supports, a bow fronted seat rail on square tapering legs, with splayed feet (AF).
A pair of rare late Victorian Romany wall mounted brass cherub oil lamps, each with cranberry glass reservoir, one with Vaseline glass shade, the other with a painted shade and each with brass smoke bell hanging from a tall ribbon brass support. Overall height 79cm.Condition report: The founts are a true pair, one has the slightest of nibbles, one of the twin burners is by Evered and Co. with Benson control wheel the other is signed Hinks's No.2 Duplex to the control wheel. The original painted glass shade has no damage and nor does the old vaseline glass shade. The chimneys are not a pair but are the same shape. The smoke catchers have multiple small dents. The brass work has been reconditioned to a high standardFonts have not been drilled
A Victorian cranberry glass bell, height 34cm, a similar blue glass bell, a Continental part liqueur set in a blue glass oval shape container and other coloured glassware (box).Condition report: One bowl has a chip (see images) and one small cranberry bell has three chips. Some grazes to one or two other pieces, but most in very good condition. Will need a clean.

A 19th century French black slate mantel clock, by Leroy & Fils, Regent Street and Palais Royal, Paris, the bronze mounts cast as cherubs on scrolled foliate side supports, surmounted by a cherub on an urn and with a central mask of Medusa, the movement also signed and striking on a saucer bell, height 42cm.Condition report: It has a pendulum but no key, the movement winds on both trains but does not run (we presume this to be a minor problem)See images for the several chips to case
A rare Derby chocolate cup and saucer, circa 1760, with scalloped rims, the cup of bell shape, and with flattened pierced ear shape handle, painted with diaper borders and panels of flowering plants, the cup height 7.2cm, the saucer diameter 13cm.Condition report: Lot 800The cup handle has a firing crack visible to one side, this does not appear to be a break, please see images, otherwise general pitting and a few kiln marks, particularly to the saucer foot rim.

Some black pitting, particularly to the piercing on the handles. The saucer has a patch of discolouration to the rim and five tiny loses to the extremities, please see extra images on David Lay website.

An antique brass bell along with an Indian elephant bell and brass repousse candle stick base. The bell handle is in the form of a squatting animal holding a shield which has faded engraving, the side of the bell is decorated with relief hunting and jousting scenes and lettering around the bottom. The elephant bell has painted details to the engraved patterns. The candle holder base has a screw fitting and a circular foot. Tallest 21.5cm.
A late Victorian silver presentation key, the ‘bow’ engraved to a central oval plaque: ’EASINGTON WATERWORKS presented to Miss L. F. Hall on the occasion of her opening the above Waterworks 27th September 1895’, the reverse engraved ‘Engineers Fairbank & Son Westminster & York Contractor Thos. Bell Market Weighton’, with scrolling foliate surround, the ‘bit’ modelled as a monogram of the initials (L.F.H.) of the recipient, with maker’s mark J.E. (possibly overstruck), hallmarked for Birmingham 1895, length 18.7cm. £150-£200
