A vintage suitcase bearing various travel labels. Length 59 cm and together with a Gladstone bag stamped J Bell-Ivring. CONDITION REPORT: The suitcase is in generally good structural order. Both locks are present and they operate. We do not have a key. The handle is secure and intact. The exterior of the case has the usual scuffs, marks, nibbles and discolouration. The condition of the leather is however generally very good. The interior is very clean. The Gladstone bag is also in generally good order with no splits or any serious damage. It has the usual surface scuffs and marks. One of the four brass feet is missing. The mechanism closes as it should. The lock is present. We have no key. The interior is in generally good condition also.
A group of Islamic metal ware, comprising a silver and copper inlaid brass tray, diameter 38cm, a pair of vases, height 28cm, a paper knife, length 25cm, 2 silver inlaid dishes, and an engraved brass bowl/bell with clapperOverall good condition. Some surface rubbing and wear consistent with age. Some small dents and scratches to inlay. One vase has a 1cm gap at edge, possible wear or from manufacture.
