An early 19th Century mahogany cased, quarter repeating 8 day bracket clock, Marriott, London, the arched case with a replacement, cast brass carry handle, over fish scale sound frets, to a brass lined arched door on a plinth base with cast brass bracket feet, to a 10cm wide arched brass dial with applied foliate spandrels enclosing a strike/silent enamelled subsidiary over a 9 1/2cm Roman and Arabic dial with pierced brass hands and sweep centre seconds, to a twin chain fusee movement with shouldered plates united by five baluster pillars and anchor escapement (converted from verge) and strike with two hammers on a back mounted bell, height 28cm (alterations, repairs and losses throughout)

A George III Silver and Mother-of-Pearl Travelling Canteen, the teaspoon by Richard Crossley, London, 1802, the folding fork and knife each part marked, circa 1802, in fitted red leather case, the case 10.5cm high; Together With: a copper-gilt child's rattle and whistle, apparently unmarked, 18th century, the whistle end engraved with initials and dated 1740, 15cm wideCondition report: Folding fork with a crack to the mother-of-pearl handle. Otherwise in very good condition. Knife - 7 1/4 inches. Fork - 7 inches. Fork and knife are sprung. Teaspoon fits convincingly in case, but is not part of the set. Case in reasonable condition. Rattle lacking one bell, the mouthpiece with several dents. 15cm long. Whistle does work.
Japanese waniguchi crocodile mouth bronze bell in a flat round form. There is a central floral decoration in low relief on both sides; the obverse has an incised calligraphy border. There are two semicircular handles along the top of the bell, allowing it to be suspended from a rope. A vintage Bell Punch Bus Ticket Machine, number 70043, with original leather adjustable strap, which appears to be in working order, making a ringing sound when a ticket is inserted in the slot and the lever depressed, and producing a clean punched hole in the ticket. The machine is accompanied by a ten slot wooden Ticket Rack containing the full complement of unused ticket blocks from various operators. (2)
