A flintlock pistol with Turkish barrel, dating: 18th Century, provenance: Austria, dating: 18th Century, provenance: Austria, Fine, smooth, octagonal and round, two-stage 14 mm cal. barrel (of Turkish origins, presumably it was the prize od the Wien Battle), slightly bell-mouthed at the nozzle, featuring remains of silver-inlaid frames and decorations (a small restoration) and provided with two stamps featuring Arabic writings at the base, with remains of gilding. Lock with slightly-round, smooth plate. Wooden full stock carved with rocaille; thin, twisted inlays at the butt. A crowned, silver shield at the neck, with remains of a monogram. Silver trigger guard with stamps and remains of floral engravings. Silver ramrod holder and butt-plate. Iron-tipped ramrod with iron base to screw a cartridge extractor. , length 40,5 cm.
