Striking cobalt blue and gold brocade like floral ribbon create this large jesters hat with bells and faux pearls on the tips. A lion head emblem is at the front of the hat. The mask on the face is hand painted gold, blue and black with a thick gold edge. Set on a stick so you can hold this mask at a party or hang it for decoration.
