A WILLIAM IV IRISH SILVER TRAVELLING CUP AND FLASK by Henry Flavelle, Dublin 1836, the bell-shaped flask with spreading foot and gilded stopper within the detachable cup, gilded to interior, the short cup stem fitting to the top of the flask. Assembled height 9.3cm, cup height 6.2cm, 2.6 troy ounces grossMarks lightly rubbed but legible. Stands upright, slight rocking to foot. Gilding to interior of cup and flask stopper worn. Minor dings to all rims, two small pinprick holes to neck of flask. Light surface marks and scratches commensurate with age and use.
