The silver soldered copper boiler having fittings including sight glass, and pressure gauge, The chassis with twin outside cylinders, lubrication system and internal Stephenson s valve gear operated from the cab which is constructed in polished oak planked panelling with glazed windows. The model comes complete with whistle, bell operated from cab and large lamp to front with chimney spark arrester and cow catcher to front wooden buffer. Length 53cm. Cab width 21cm. No boiler history available. Awards: This model won a bronze medal at The Model Engineering Exhibition held at Sandown Park in 2000/2001. Class B1/5. Medal retained by the family.
