The sycamore nameboard bearing a large paper label with the inscription Mathaeus Heilmann Hof-Orgel und Instrumenten Macher in Mainz No 194. Compass 5 octaves FF to f3. Current pitch A=435. Two knee levers below the keyboard, which has ebony naturals and bone covered beech accidentals. Single bridge and with a Viennese action. Graf pianos were favoured and used by Beethoven, Chopin, Clara Schumann, among others.
