An Imposing Walnut cased Longcase Clock, the eight hour movement by ``Jos Jackeman, London Bridge``, having arched Brass 12`` wide face with silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and Arabic minutes, inset second hand below the twelve position and square date window above the six position. The arch with domed silver representation of the Sun and having cast Brass spandrels depicting cherubs supporting a crown surrounded by a Maltese Cross, those to the arch depicting mirrored Dolphins and scrolling foliage. The splendid Walnut case having light and darkwood stringing and an arched door, the hood flanked by tapering turned pillars with brass capitals terminating with a platform top above a blind fretwork frieze depicting trailing foliage. The Brass plate movement having turned posts with annular knops and striking the hours on a bell. The hood having recessed side panels replicating the shape of the door of the main case. 91`` tall and 20`` wide approx. Good running order
An attractively simple Oak cased Longcase Clock, the single handed 30 hour movement having a square Brass face with silvered chapter ring that has Roman numerals and engraved ``Jam Rose, Litchfield``. The central field with fine engraving depicting trailing stems, foliage and flowers, the cast Brass spandrels depicting cherubs holding a crown aloft. The movement having a rear mounted count wheel and striking the hours on a bell. The Oak case, being of good colour, has an unusually long door, the hood door incorporating half-round turned pillars to either side and side windows revealing the movements which would originally been rope driven but now driven by a chain. Good running order, 80`` tall x 17 1/2`` wide approx.
A domed mahogany bracket clock, 19th century, with a foliate engraved brass dial, silvered chapter ring bearing Roman numerals, the case with paterae and line inlay, twin gilt lion`s head and ring handles, raised on lion`s paw front feet, eight day, twin barrel movement, bell striking, 44cm high.
A French ormolu and porcelain clock garniture, late 19th century, the clock of architectural form with barrel casing, set with plaques and to the dial with cherubs painted en grisailles against a blue ground, chapter ring bearing Roman numerals, Japy Freres eight day movement, half hour striking on a bell, back plate stamped G.V. 1304, 34cm high, with a pair of four branch triform candelabra.
An early 19th Century oak cased longcase clock, the hood with swan neck pediment centred by a brass and spread eagle finial, with glazed door flanked by fluted pilasters over a cross banded trunk door to a flat fronted and moulded base, the square painted dial with bird amidst laurel decoration with conforming floral spandrels and Roman and Arabic numerals with date aperture, to 30 hour false eight day striking movement striking on a bell, inscribed "J. Counsell, Ross"
A mahogany striking wall clock, signed Horden, Kiderminster, circa 1860, the circular drop dial case with carved floral "ears", pendulum front viewing window, side and bottom opening doors, 14-inch painted dial with Roman numerals, twin fusee movement with anchor escapement and striking on a bell, 79cm high W P Horden is recorded working in Kidderminster in 1860.
