EARLY 19TH CENTURY OAK AND MAHOGANY THIRTY HOUR COTTAGE LONG CASE CLOCK, having broken swan neck pediment above square aperture flanked by reeded columns, the waist with cross banded door flanked by reeded quarter pillasters on a cross banded panelled base with bracket feet. 12" sq. painted face with Roman numerals and date aperture, marked: Droitwich. Thirty hour movement striking on one bell, 212cm high overall. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Fair condition with age, a little dry, no obvious significant losses, pendulum and weight included.
EARLY 19TH CENTURY OAK AND MAHOGANY THIRTY HOUR LONG CASE CLOCK, the hood with broken swan neck pediment above arched aperture flanked by reeded pilasters, cross banded and shaped waist door flanked by quarter reeded pilasters on a panelled base, 17" x 13.5" painted face with Roman numerals, basket of flowers painted to the arch and floral spandrels with date aperture. Thirty hour movement striking on one bell. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Fair condition, face is worn, numerals will require repainting, pilasters to hood are loose and will require relocating, lacks original feet. Weight and pendulum included.
