A mid 18th century English wine glass with bell shaped bowl above ring turned collar, baluster stem and folded foot, English c.1750, height 14.75cm. CONDITION REPORT: The bowl is rather crudely set to the stem and there are bands of scratches either side of the broad collared knop, otherwise OK.
A pair of late 19th century Dutch trumpet wine glasses with double opaque airtwist decorated stems, height 14cm, a further, probably French, larger example with bell shaped bowl, height 16.5cm and a cordial glass with ogee shaped bowl, height 10.5cm (4). CONDITION REPORT: Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
A late 19th century German glass with bell shaped bowl and vertical pinched trails interspersed with detailed engraved panels of birds amongst floral sprays above opaque and cranberry tinted octagonal baluster stem and plain foot, German c.1880, height 15.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: A few natural flaws to the glass, a miniscule 2mm x 1mm chip to the rim but overall in good condition.
A late 18th century ale glass, the conical bowl engraved with buds, insect and floral spray above opaque and cranberry spiral airtwist stem and plain foot, height 19cm and a further late 18th century glass with bell shaped bowl, opaque and cranberry tinted spiral airtwist stem and plain foot, height 17cm, both English c.1780 (2). CONDITION REPORT: The first glass has a slight indentation to the foot rim which appears to be in manufacture. A few natural flaws to the glass but overall in good condition.
A very near pair of late 18th century wine glasses with bell shaped bowls engraved with grapes, vines and stars above double knopped double series opaque and cranberry twisted stems to plain feet, Dutch c.1780, height 15.8cm and 15.25cm (2). CONDITION REPORT: A few natural flaws to the glass but overall in good condition.
A group of five vintage bakelite telephones to include a "candlestick" example with spin dial, and two wall mounted GPO bell boxes (7). CONDITION REPORT: Candlestick phone: traces of wear and mild rust to base, no."TE234 No.22". Others: two examples have areas of chips to the edges, all have traces of wear commensurate with age. Numbers on handsets: 2x "164 48", "16458", "GPO S-34/234 No.164".
A mid 18th century German small goblet with finely cut and engraved bell shaped bowl above ring turned and baluster cut stem and plain foot with band of undercut decoration, German c.1750, height 17.75cm. CONDITION REPORT: A few natural flaws to the glass and a flaw to the glass towards to the foot rim which is sharp to the touch but this is a flaw in production as opposed to post production damage, but overall in good condition.
A collection of ten various Royal Crown Derby Imari pattern decorated cups and saucers to include a twin handled example, diameter 10cm, a coffee trio, and a set of three bell shaped cups, pattern no.2451 (10). CONDITION REPORT: All examples appear to be in good condition, a few cups and saucers have a bit of rubbing to the gilt, particularly on rim, some saucers have traces of minor scratches due to use with cups.
