A WWI Victory Medal to 11510 Pte. R.J. Perkins C. GDS., with two ribbon bars, his cap badge and 1914 Queen Christmas tin, a piece of shrapnel removed from his shoulder and his discharge papers dated 18.9.1917 and a regimental baton with a Coldstream guards crest and and Royal Engineers one; together with an Imperial Service medal awarded to Reginald Joseph Perkin, included is the certificate, a telegram informing him of this, Reginald Perkin served through the Second World War in the Royal Army Medical Corps, also included are photographs from his service, and an assortment letters he sent his wife throughout the war, two ribbon bars and a cap badge although he never collected his WWII medals, (qty)
A WORLD WAR ONE GALLANTRY GROUP WITH PAPERWORK,PAINTING, RELIC ETC AND BELIEVED FAMILY CONNECTION GROUP OF THREE MEDALS, to include the following, Geo V Military Medal, named 5966 J H HINVEST, 1/Dragoon Guards, 1914 Star & Bar trio of medals, named 5966 L/Cpl J H Hinvest 1/Dragoon Gds *Sjt on pair Bar believed original, this group is accompanied by a framed 34cm x 29cm oil painting of Hinvest on horseback in full uniform dated 1905, together with a small framed piece of stained glass, marked on the back, found in the ruins of Ypres Cathedral, 1917, this group also contains various Birth and Marriage Certificates for Hinvest and his parents etc, some black and white photos of Hinvest participating in the 1911 Delhi Durbar in India, he is indicated on one photo, together with a 1914-15 Star trio of medals named, Bmdr 11715 J.L.Sellick, RFA, *Cpl on pair, together with a letter of appreciation for Service for Sellick from a South Derbyshire Pipe Works (Ensor & Co.) Information from the Vendor(family) is that Hinvest was attached to the Life Guards, which bears out with his 1914 Star, as they were heavily involved in the Battles at Mons, Marne etc, this is also verified by Hinvests Copy of Marriage Certificate which states 1st Kings Dragoon Gds, attached 1st Life Guards, Groups to the Mounted Cavalry rarely seen on the market

To include a Copy 1914 Christmas tine containing British War Medal named 63874 Pte T Spencer. 4th Btn North Staffs Regt, KIA 24th October 1918, and is buried in the Harlebeke Military Cemetery, Belgium, a WW1 Victory Medal, named 9764 Pte A E Taylor South Staffs Regt together with small silver pill box, South Staffs Cap badge NFS button. The lid of the box has a photo stuck down of a Uniform soldier with North/South Staffs Cap badge. Also present a car tube containing a WW2 Death scroll for Pte Frederick Spencer, Notts & Derby Regt, also the Kings scroll to accompany a WW1 Death plaque & a small album of colourised prints dating back to WW1 era inc one hand painted image of a Magpie.

AN ARCHIVE OF WORLD WAR ONE MEDALS PLAQUE ETC TO A CASUALTY SERVING IN THE DUKE OF CORNWALLS LIGHT INFANTRY, to include British War & Victory medals, named 23821 Pte W Holtom(medals are mint, never been out of packets of issue with original box and postage outer envelope, WWI Memorial Death plaque, named Walter Holtam) with card envelope, DCLI Cap badge, an original photo and order of Service for the unveiling of a memorial tablet from Holy Trinity Young men's bible class in 1923 original, a School attendance medal in the name Harry Olton & a pair of olive drab 'chaps' Walter Holtom is listed on the CWGC site as Walter Holton, He became a Casualty on 23rd July, 1916, He was serving at the time with the 1st Btn, the Btn were attacking the German lines just north of the village of Longueval, close to High Wood, it is in this action that Holton met his death, an almost complete archive to a brave Casualty from WWI

Boxing Alan Minter signed 10x8 black and white photo. Alan Sydney Minter (17 August 1951 - 9 September 2020) was a British professional boxer who competed from 1972 to 1981. He held the undisputed middleweight title in 1980, having previously held the British middleweight title from 1975 to 1976, and the European middleweight title twice between 1977 and 1979.
