A propaganda leaflet dropped over the German lines is also included as is an original Trench map for August 1916. Also present with its original is one of the best letters from the front we have seen written by Ross to a friend and dated May, 1915." We have been in the trenches for twelve days... just about played out.. the attack started at 5.am..I can't describe the Hell that raged all day with shells flying all the time.. expected to be blown to blazes any moment.. and are happy as kings now that we are having a rest...
