A set of three First World War medals comprising the 1914-1915 Star inscribed to "1875 Pte F Frost N.Staff Regiment", the 1914-1918 Medal and The Victory Medal, both medals inscribed to "1875 Sgt S J T F Frost Borth Staff Regiemnt", together with a 1939-1945 Defence Medal and a Queen Mary Christmas tin containing various badges etc, together with a compass inscibed "Anglo Swiss Associated London V64476 1915" and a collection of associated ephemera and photographs to include a photograph "After the Assault on the Sambre Canal at St Quentin" CONDITION REPORTS See images for further details of what is in the lot. Medals all with various scratches, scuffs and marks. The ribbons are worn and discoloured. The Defence medal is un-named. Great War medal marked "Sgt SJT.F. Frost. N. Staff. `R.", 1914-1918 model also named for SJT.F. Frost. N. Staff. R., 1914-15 Star marked "Pte F. Frost. N. Staff. R", photograph of army on canal side has various creases, rips, discolouration, foxing - needs attention. All remaining items have general signs of wear and tear conducive with age and use.
