Hay 1918 (7) CONDITION REPORTS All with wear and scuffs. Portrait with some wear, dirt and discolouration / foxing. Scroll, certificates with wear, dirt, some foxing and discolouration, creases. Photos also with some with losses. Medals are within a sealed double sided glazed frame and have not been removed for inspection, their back and sides are not visible within the frame.
