There are contemporary cigarette cards also pasted into the album, also his pipe engraved for the Boer War, collar studs made from silver Victorian two-annas coins, a rolled photograph of a drumhead display, a Boer War chocolate tin, another tin of his penknives including one with the appearance of a rifle, two cigarette holders to include a Japanese example and a WWI Liverpool Regiment collar dog converted to a sweetheart brooch.
