A late Victorian inlaid rosewood parlour cabinet, the superstructure with foliate decorated swan neck pediment over arrangement of mirrors and side shelf sections, above base section with marquetry fronted central frieze drawer and arcaded recess with cupboard to base, flanked by further full-height doors, on six square tapered supports, width 138cm.

Exhibition quality 1 1/2 inch scale model of an Allchin traction engine, 'Royal Chester' single cylinder, 2 speed general purpose engine. The engine has a brazed copper boiler with fittings including water gauge, pressure gauge, safety valve, blower, water lifter, clack and blowdown valves. Engine details include cylinder approximately 1 inch bore x 1 1/2 inch stroke, draincocks and pipes, displacement and mechanical lubricators, trunk type crosshead guide. Stephenson's link reverse, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, 2 road speeds and spoked flywheel, Pickering type governor, chassis details include spoked straked wheels, worm and roller chain steering, spud pan, damper, cable drum, fairleads, water lifter, hand brake to second shaft, wooden footboard with tool box under, padlock, spark arrester, bucket, coal shovel and stoking poker, finished in maroon with yellow and red lining. 16 1/2 x 26 inches (42cm x 66cm), complete with glazed display cabinet, bronze medal and certificate.
A LATE 19TH CENTURY ROSEWOOD LIBRARY BOOKCASE OR CABINET, the upper part with dentil cornice and foliate scroll moulded frieze above a pair of long glazed central doors enclosing adjustable shelves flanked by a pair of short glazed doors enclosing shelves above a pair of mirrored arched alcoves each with one shelf, the projecting lower part with three frieze drawers above a pair of central central glazed doors flanked by a pair of panelled doors, the whole raised on square feet. Width 84". Height 95".
A LATE VICTORIAN MAHOGANY DOUBLE WELLINGTON COLLECTORS CABINET, the front with two banks of fifteen ungraduated drawers, seven with specimens of moths under glass, eight vacant, divided by a pilaster and flanked by a pair of locking flaps with applied corbels, raised on a plinth. Width 42". Height 46".
