A pair of late 19th/early 20th century Continental cabinet plates with floral decorated rims and central panels of figures in landscape, gilt heightened throughout, mark to the reverse, diameter 24.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Scratches to underneath of base, staining to underside of rim/base, some surface dirt, paint on plates is intact, as is raised gilding decoration.
An Edwardian mahogany cased five drawer canteen of plated cutlery, predominantly a twelve piece setting, with some replacement and some silver items, silver items comprising six dessert spoons, Sheffield 1903, approx 10ozt, a pair of circular silver salts, a further pair of circular silver salts with blue glass liners, a lidded mustard with blue glass liner, a pepper, a napkin ring, and two cut glass open salts with silver rims, width of cabinet approx 100cm. CONDITION REPORT: Set is predominantly twelve piece but with some replacement and silver items as detailed in description.
A late 17th century walnut and inlaid Continental cabinet, the upper section with central cupboard door surrounded by drawers and raised on a square section base, width of upper section 57cm. CONDITION REPORT: As can be clearly seen, this piece has suffered extensive restorations, two drawers are completely new, two drawer fronts have new sections, the top now hinges, sections of inlay, veneer is missing etc.

CONDITION REPORT: The vase has several hairline cracks to the foot and an area of cracking underneath the knop of the stem. The plate has extensive crazing throughout, dirt and wear to the base but appears to be in good condition..

A 19th century Vienna ceramic hand painted and gilt heightened cabinet plate depicting "Venus Appearing to Aeneas as a Huntress" after Pietro da Cortona, marked to base, signed "G. Forst", diameter 22.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Minor traces of wear to the surface, rubbing to the gilt, particularly around the edge of the rim. Around the main image there is a bead adorned border with some beads with gilt that has losses. This is the intentional way of decorating them.

CONDITION REPORT: General condition appears good, areas of rubbing of the gilt to the edge of the rim and to the underside. Traces of an old sticker, some minor rubbing to the surface and tiny losses to the paint.

A 19th century Minton cabinet plate with hand painted cartouches of flowers within a white and gilt reticulated scroll border, impressed marks to base, diameter 24.5cm, and a further similar cabinet plate painted with snowdrops, inscribed 6128 to the base (2). CONDITION REPORT: Minton plate has a hairline spreading from the edge of the rim approx 3.5cm. There are to chips to the glaze on the edge of the base. Extensive crazing throughout. Wear and pitting to the base. The other plate with extensive crazing to the top and underneath the rim and small area to the base and with dirt to the edge of the base.
A 19th century Vienna ceramic hand painted and gilt heightened cabinet plate of octagonal form depicting dancing graces and seated Cupid, signed "Riemer" lower right, marked, titled to base and bearing old sticker, widest diameter 26cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are minor traces of staining to the surface, probably removable, also some scratches, areas of rubbing to the gilt, particularly on the edges of the rim, minor wear to the base, otherwise no obvious traces of damage or restoration.
A small quantity of various ceramics including a Vienna urn shaped footed vase and cover on square stand (af), a German Plaue porcelain shaped rectangular dish with pierced and gilt decoration, hand painted with floral sprays, 29 x 22cm, a German miniature teapot with encrusted floral decoration, with matching sugar bowl and similar cup and saucer, marked, four cabinet plates, a pair of glass tulip shaped vases etc. CONDITION REPORT: Vienna vase: finial chipped but present, with traces of old glue, rubbing to gilt mainly on edges and corners. Encrusted three piece set: generally in good condition but has numerous areas of losses to the encrusted motifs mainly to the teapot. Minton cup and saucer: "May 21st 1861" - chip and two spreading hairlines to the saucer rim. German basket/dish: rubbing to gilt, hairline crack, otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration. Italian cup and saucer: saucer is OK but cup has a small chip to the rim (re-gilded). Wedgwood cup: Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
