Lot 1

Shapland & Petter; a fine Art Nouveau mahogany, satinwood and mother of pearl inlaid display cabinet, the central raised section with ornate foliate scroll applied metalwork above bevelled glazed doors enclosing velvet lined interior flanked by two ornately inlaid doors decorated with floral sprays and butterflies raised on square section legs united by stretchers, the lock plate stamped S&P, height 94cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall good condition, no signs of restoration, mother of pearl decoration all intact, no signs of wood worm.
