A Potschappel Dresden cabinet cup as a swan in blanc de chine with gilded decoration 8.8 cm CONDITION REPORTS General wear and tear conducive with age and use to include some light surface scratching to the gilding especially to the saucer where the cup has been put down. An Edwardian rosewood and inlaid side cabinet of canted form, the single central drawer above two cupboard doors flanked by two further cupboard doors on turned supports, united by an undertier, 114 cm wide x 99 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whillst basically sound, the piece has wear and tear conducive with age and use throughout including scratching to the top, plugged dowel holes to the rear of the top suggesting that there should have been a back of some sort. The central doors have a slight gap at the middle and the doors have signs of old light scratching all over. The interior of the centre and sides has scratching conducive with age and use. The right hand side of the panels with the vase marquetry inlaid decoration appears to have been enhanced with dark Indian ink. The left door lower panel has cracking vertically in a jagged form. There are also some signs of Indian ink embellishment to the base at the front right hand edge. See images for further detail.
A circa 1900 mahogany china display cabinet with stylised foliate inlaid decoration in satinwood, pewter and copper in the Art Nouveau taste, the two glazed doors opening to reveal two shelves, raised on a bracket foot base, 87 cm wide x 159 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Depth including pediment approx 41 cm. Depth of cabinet approx 31 cm. Some bashes and knocks throughout including to the very top piece. Areas of bubbling to the base veneer, surface scratches, etc. Glass is intact. No signs of woodworm. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. Appears to be missing a piece from the top. See images for more details.
A Victorian walnut and marquetry inlaid side cabinet, the single glazed door of shaped form enclosing a red velvet lined interior flanked by medieval revival mask capped gilt brass pilasters raised on a bracket foot base 84 cm wide x 109 cm high x 32 cm deep CONDITION REPORTS Whilst basically sound, the top has some repair and re-colouring with presumably Indian ink - see images. Brasswork slightly tarnished throughout, though basically again sound. Woodwork to the front has knocks dents and scratches conducive with age and use to the surface. Some areas of repair/old re-colouring with Indian ink particularly to bottom left and top right beneath the brasswork. The base has restaining to both extremities. Side panels to left with splitting, to right light splitting and darker colour obviously out of the sun. The red velvet interior is discoloured throughout with evidence of former inhabitants i.e. chinawares or glasswares

Some signs of woodworm to the moulding of the doors. Both side glass panels have been broken. Has been patched in places. Knocks and bumps throughout. Losses to the moulding. Flaking to the varnish.
