A 5in Gauge Live Steam Coal fired Black 5 4-6-0 and Tender. A superb Model built mostly from scratch by a Precision Engineer over many years. The locomotive was fired on a very few occasions in the late 1980's and a Boiler Certificate was obtained. The builder died in 1991 and the Model has been housed in a display Cabinet ever since. The family now feel that their late Father would want the Model used rather than being kept forever on display. Water and Pressure Gauges, Walschaerts valve gear, axle pump fitted water injector, lever operated cylinder drainpipe, mechanical lubricator, screw operated reversing gear, Tender water pump with bypass valve and Tender Brake Lever. Sprung thro'out. The Model has been given a base coat of paint for protection - both Locomotive and Tender are free moving. Please request any additional close up photographs on or after 27th June. .
