A burr walnut mid century cocktail cabinet, with a pair of doors opening to reveal a mirror backed fitted interior, with a drawer, gallery shelves and recesses, with electric lighting, raised on leaf carved cabriole legs, united by a foliate scroll and shell carved apron, 107cm high, 94cm wide, 45.5cm deep.
A quantity of Staples Ladderax comprising six ladders, two glass cabinets, one open cabinets, one drop down cabinet with bird's maple interior, two cabinets with sliding doors, a single drawer/desk, two chest of drawers and two shelves, twenty metal shelf rails, a matching drop leaf table and two ladder back chairs.Condition- some surface marks and scratches to cabinet tops and table. There is one sliding door loose and a slight scratch to one of the glass doors. There are three working keys. Corners are all good. Some surface wear to the leather on the chairs. All cabinet fixtures and shelf bars appear to be present. There doesn't appear to be any Ladderax labels.
A PORCELAIN CABINET PLATE, 19th century, of circular form with shark's tooth rim, centrally painted with an English river landscape with a stately home beyond, the border moulded with the sun in splendour, roses, shamrocks and thistles enclosing three panels painted with flowers on a gilt and blue ground, unmarked, 8 1/2" diameter (Est. plus 21% premium inc. VAT)No cracks or restoration, some of the encrusted roses have chips and lack some colour. Reverse has an old label stating "Worcester ... orig. property of Duke of Clarence ... King William IV", but doubtful. Possibly a replacement for an earlier service?

FULLOTONE; an inlaid stained pine cabinet gramophone with swag and ribbon inlay above pair of doors enclosing the sound cone above a further pair of doors for record storage, and overall raised on inverted sabre legs, 101 x 55 x 50cm including winding handle (af). CONDITION REPORT There is heavy wear visible throughout and this cabinet has most likely been recently re-finished with a heavy stain resulting in a rather rough finish, the top is warped with a large split to the front right hand corner and the top board has been later replaced and is also warped to the font corner, there is a dent to the front lip of the cover, a further loss to the underside of the top frieze of the case, further surface wear including scuffs scrapes etc throughout, the magnetic door latch for the speaker door is a later replacement, appears to mechanically functional

CONDITION REPORT The top glass has been broken, it is still present, but will need replacing. There are a lot of scratches. It is a well-used piece of furniture and will need some attention.
