Mid 19th Century mahogany escritoire or writing cabinet, the superstructure with brass three-quarter gallery over a pair of panelled doors enclosing seven drawers and pigeon holes, between pilasters, the lower stage with secretaire frieze drawer with ratchet-incling green baize lined writing slope, the lock stamped Bramah Patent S.Mordan & Co Makers London, over three further drawers between conforming columns on plinth base, 98cm x 54cm x 142cm high Condition: Horizontal grain split to right side of top, smaller split to left side. Horizontal crack to both panel doors. Further cracking to top of lower stage including to both corners. Secretaire drawer is missing a compartment cover, writing surface is later-covered. Cracking to side panels. **General condition cosistent with age
19th Century French marble top rosewood and kingwood vitrine or side cabinet, the rosso antico marble top over gilt metal-mounted frieze drawer and a pair of twin-glazed crossbanded doors enclosing a blue plush lined interior of three shelves, the sides with quartered panels centred by masks, the canted corners over shaped apron and splayed supports, 92cm x 35cm x 146cm high Condition: One gilt metal support missing to one fore leg, minor lifting to lower edge of right side, small veneer loss to rear edge of centre panels same side, slight veneer losses to corners of frieze drawer, otherwise generally sound. **General condition consistent with age
French 'Vernis Martin' style demi-lune vitrine or display cabinet, late 20th Century, the cavetto-moulded pediment with gilt brass mounts, over bowfront door and side panels, enclosing a wine damask-lined interior with two glass shelves, above typical landscape panels on slender cabriole legs with gilt mounts, 73cm x 40cm x 173cm high Condition: Minor wear commensurate with age and use. A relatively late example in sound condition. 'Glazing' appears to be plastic opposed to glass (door and side panels) **General condition consistent with age

Early 20th Century mahogany library bookcase, with acanthus-carved dentil cornice over a pair of long glazed cabinet doors with quatrefoil and lancet-arch tracery enclosing four adjustable shelves, the base with gadrooned edge over twin cupboard doors, on bracket feet, 143cm x 40cm x 224cm high Condition: It is possible that the upper and lower sections are an 'old marriage' as the stylistic motifs do not match. However the colour match is acceptable and the top section fits into the space provided by the lower section. Two breaks to quatrefoil panels, minor scratching and visible joins to panels of lower stage cupboard doors.
