An Ercol Golden Dawn Bureau/Cocktail Cabinet of light Elm throughout, with plain top and the fall front with recessed knob opening to reveal a partition and two shelves, over a pair of opposing single panel doors opening to reveal an adjustable shelf over a single full width linen drawer, similar handles throughout and on castors, 32 1/2'' w x 43'' h x 18'' d.

A stained pine chest of eight graduated drawers with brass handles CONDITION REPORTS A sewing / dressmaker's cabinet, Height approximately 63cm, depth 33cm, width 44cm. Handles may be later replacements as old holes/ wear marks are visible near them. Labels are very worn and illegible, although there are some pencilled inscriptions to the underside of the drawers and to the drawer rails to carcass which appear to correspond to the remaining visible letters on the labels - eg needles, hooks & eyes, crochet reels, etc. Cabinet overall with various scratches, chips, stains, etc and quite a lot of dirt, wear and stains to interior.
Lot 498
A 19th century Dutch walnut cabinet, the domed top with moulded cornice above a single glazed and barred door enclosing painted interior with three shelves (formerly upper section of a larger piece) CONDITION REPORTS Back boards are split and coming apart. There have been some repairs to the moulding on the top edge of the cabinet and patching. The door has a split in the curved frame on the left-hand side, joints are starting to come apart although structurally sound. The lock area has been patched on the frame. There are splits where the wood has been pinned together, nail heads and marks are visible. On the left-hand side there is a nail protruding through from the inside out. Has general wear, knocks, splits, etc. through out conducive with age and use (see photos for more detail). Brass hinges appear to be replacements, and the top right hand side glass pane has a crack in it.

A Victorian mahogany side cabinet, the white marble top above a plain frieze and glazed door flanked by two glazed panels and turned column supports on a plinth base CONDITION REPORTS 124cm width by 38.5cm depth by 93cm tall. Marble top has knock to corners and some scratches, is yellowed in places and some grey marks to marble. Over has general knock and dumps throughout conductive to age and general wear, the front has some missing to lower left corner and lower right corner and some small splits throughout..

A near matching pair of 19th Century French walnut and marble top bedside cupboards with serpentine top over a frieze drawer with panelled cupboard door below, raised on cabriole legs to scroll feet CONDITION REPORTS With wear, scuffs and some knocks and chips. One top broken into several pieces. Some old woodworm holes throughout. Some warping and lifting to veneers, particularly noticeable to left side of one cabinet. Some losses to edges and mouldings. Some losses to veneers. Interior of one cupboard has a ceramic insert (not fitted) and a loose piece of broken white marble. A later replacement handle to one drawer. Please note that these cupboards are very similar, but do not match as they are slightly different from each other (they are a near matching pair). Heights approx 83.5cm and 84cm.
