A Sevres cabinet cup and saucer of Empire shape. With tooled gilding and three enamelled portraits of female Aristocrats. Painted and printed marks. Saucer diameter 16.75cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Lower handle terminal detached, factory flaw. Some loss to the gilding. Flat chips re glued to the saucer.

With marble top, fine quality ormolu mounts and with a marquetry inlaid panel to the bombe shaped base in the manner of Louis Majorelle, 1m 57cm high, 66cm wide, 40cm deep. Condition Report. The firm was known for its exacting recreation of 18th century designs, especially Sheraton and Chippendale patterns
